1) Who we are

This online store MineFenixPvP is operated by MineFenixTeam, our contact is: [email protected].

These terms govern the purchase of digital goods (cosmetics, permissions, and commands) for exclusive use on the minefenixpvp.ggwp.cc server (Minecraft Java 1.8.8).

2) Eligibility and game account

  • Purchases are tied to the correct [nickname]. The customer is responsible for entering these details without errors.
  • Customers under 18 years old must have parental/guardian authorization.
  • We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios/Microsoft. “Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.”

3) Products, prices, and taxes

  • Items sold are virtual and have no real monetary value.
  • Prices are shown in EUR, including VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in price/description.

4) Payments

  • Payments are processed by CraftingStore via third-party processors [PayPal].
  • Transactions may be subject to anti-fraud checks. Fraud attempts or unjustified chargebacks may result in removal of item(s) and bans from our platforms.

5) Delivery of digital content

  • Delivery is automatic via in-game commands, typically within 10 minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation. If a technical error prevents delivery, please contact staff for assistance.
  • If the server is offline or a technical issue occurs, delivery will be completed within 24 hours of service resumption (up to 20 days in exceptional cases)
  • If you do not receive your item after this period, contact us at [Email:[email protected] ; Discord:discord.com/invite/dxtck67gv3 ] with your order ID.

6) Refund policy and right of withdrawal

  • These are digital contents/services not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately.
  • By completing the purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
  • No refunds after delivery, except for:
    a) non-delivery attributable to the Webstore;
    b) incorrect/duplicate charges;
    c) other mandatory consumer rights.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method.

7) Game balance, changes, and availability

  • Items/permissions may be adjusted (balancing, fixes, plugin/version changes) without prior notice to preserve fair play.
  • “Permanent” means for as long as the server/service exists. Continuous server operation is not guaranteed. Shutdowns/maintenance do not entitle you to a refund.

8) Server rules and conduct

  • Use of items is subject to the Server Rules (available in-game and on Discord: [discord.com/invite/dxtck67gv3]
  • Abuse, cheating, harassment, bug exploitation, or chargebacks may lead to suspension/bans and loss of items without refund.

  • The Webstore is not liable for interruptions in third-party services (hosts, payment gateways, CraftingStore) or game/server downtime.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected item.

11) Data protection

  • We process your data according to our Privacy Policy available at [minefenixpvp.craftingstore.net/legal/privacy] (purposes: order processing, anti-fraud, and support).

12) Dispute resolution

  • Contact us first: Before submitting any complaint to an ADR entity, we kindly ask that you contact us so we can attempt to resolve your issue promptly. This is a request and does not limit your statutory rights or access to ADR.
  • In the event of a consumer dispute, you may submit it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. The competent entities are CACCL (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt), CICAP (cicap.pt), CACRC (cacrc.pt), TRIAVE (triave.pt), CIAB (ciab.pt), CIMAAL (consumoalgarve.pt), CACC RAM (madeira.gov.pt/cacc), and CNIACC (cniacc.pt). See the Portuguese Consumer Portal for the full list. We are not bound to any specific ADR entity.
  • Note: the EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20/07/2025; we therefore do not use that channel.

13) Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms. The applicable version is the one published on the purchase date.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

  • Portuguese law applies. Where mandatory consumer rules apply, courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction.
